Yoga & Consciousness with Pravino
We start with yoga on Sunday afternoon 23.06. then dinner at Om Shanti and then practice from Monday – Friday morning 2 hours, gentle Hatha Yoga, Monday & Thursday afternoon Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, then vegetarian dinner in the center. Tuesday afternoon is yoga, walking meditation on the beach

Sunday 21.07 – 28 .07 YIN YANG Yoga , Yoga Holidays of the Sun & Moon with Anja
We gonna practice every morning 2 hours & 2 hours in the afternoon (except Wednesday & Friday, free afternoon)
We gonna harmonize active & passive in our body & minds with the cooling, relaxing Yin Yoga(afternoon) & encourage with the dynamic Yang Yoga (morning),which is active ,burns fat and stimulates the metabolism. There will be one evening with Dancing meditation after cooking together some Indian Food

Each Seminar is 6 -10 Person
Beginning and end of the retreats are mostly on a Sunday
but you are very welcome also before or after the retreat.
At the airport will be a car waiting for you with a description to come here.( the car you can keep for the whole week)
the car will be shared with other people of the retreat
there is also the possibility to come with the bus or a taxi to our place
the double rooms are being shared at the retreat & in the price is always 7 nights accommodation ,car, breakfast, 5 veg. dinner( except the Yin Yoga retreat) & the Yoga program included..By booking a retreat we ask for a deposit of 30% the rest you pay here on arrival (by cancellation until 1 month before there is a refund of 50 % )
